Happy Holidays. (:

Hello my beautiful warriors. I know you were expecting a makeup blog but I also want to make special notes every now and then. I decided since it is getting close to the holidays and the new year I wanted to make a sensitive yet emotional thank you blog to everyone who's supported me this year. I may have not found a job yet or have moved but in my heart I know 2015 will be my year to shine. I know God has a special plan for all of us. I don't know how many of you believe in him and I respect all beliefs, but I do believe in him and I know he loves us as well. As I reflect back on 2014 I see pain, hurt, tears, happiness, moments of being proud, moments of depression but I am thankful to be alive. I am thankful God has given me such a journey in life, I am thankful for the Dad, family, and friends he has given me. I want to also say thank you all for your wonderful support during hard times with my dads health. He is a strong man and I love him dearly. This year of being on Youtube, Instagram and on social media sites with all my warriors has warmed my heart. I've met some amazing friends, supporters, and people who believe in me. I've met haters as well and I want to thank them for motivating me, for making me believe in myself more even though their words cut me, I know I can fight through anything with God's love on my side. This year has given me a lot of things to be proud of and I am extremely proud of myself, for who I have become, for the incredible loving daughter, sister, aunt, cousin, friend, niece, granddaughter that I have turned out to be, and I am sure they are proud of me as well, my whole family and friends. I want to thank you warriors from the bottom of my heart for making me believe in myself, for making me do better at all that I do, for pushing me, for not giving up on me and for just being you. I love you all so much. You all mean so much to me and I couldn't see life without you all in it. Thank you Youtube, Influenster, Twitter, Instagram, Vine, and all the wonderful social media sites who made it possible for me to become who I am. Well my warriors tomorrow I will have a better makeup blog post but for now here is my love and happiness. Wishing you all a safe and happy holidays from my family to yours. With my love always, xoxo Shawna.

I hope you all enjoyed my blog nonetheless. Comment down below if you like me blogging more? I am so happy to be back and typing up whatever my brain wonders too. I hope you all have an amazing rest of your evening. Until next time, Stay Beautiful. Xoxo.

Product I Regret Buying Part 2.

Hey warriors. I am back again today with another Products I Regret Buying blog post. I decided to share something that I thought was a blush but looks more like a high lighter on my face. Just an FYI this is 100% my honest opinion which could be different from yours. But however, this is my blog and all I ask is some respect of my thoughts. The product I am sharing today is ELF'S Baked Blush in Pinktastic.

I want to say first off when I bought this I thought the look of it was just a design and I thought it was actually a pink shade. Normally, I would do research before I buy any product which is why I don't have many products I regret buying. But, my friend told me about these and said she saw them and thought of me so I had to try one. Normally I would read the packaging but the front made me think "Oh ok it's a baked blush so it could be a design". So I took it home to swatch it and realized it was more as a highlighter than anything. This is totally not a blush towards my skin tone. It looked so sheer yet had a glow to it that I had to take it off. I tend to lean more towards pinks and dark shades when it comes to blush. I later found out this was being used as a highlighter on most people which I don't regret buying it as a highlighter, I regret buying it as a blush...

As you can tell the design does come off more of a highlighter than a blush but I couldn't help the gorgeousness this blush had. I am pretty bummed considering I was gonna buy the rest of Elf's studio line blushes but instead my friend sent me a text and I had to check it out, I mean come on who doesn't listen to their makeup geek friends? Haha. Anyways, I feel this is far off than an actual blush. I think it would look so nice on a darker skin tone person than a lighter skin because there is pink in the shade so I feel the pink would pop on a darker skin tone. I also didn't like how rough the product felt. This product applies way better with fingers than a brush. I tend to use brushes more because I clean my face before and after using makeup which this made another con for me because it felt to me as if I was wasting my face cleaners from me touching my face. Has anyone else dealt with a similar problem?

Above is a picture of the product applied in a swatch when I didn't use water and when I did. As you can see this has gorgeous pigmentation which upsets me considering it would have been brilliant for elf to come up with such an amazing baked blush with a super hot pink or deep mauve pink with this much pigmentation.  The product when not wet came off more like a gold highlight which is absolutely stunning. When the product comes off wet, you can see more of the pink which turns this stunning gold highlighter into a rose gold highlight which knocked me off my feet with how gorgeous it was... but unfortunately I was looking forward to buying a blush not another highlighter.. Sorry.

**OVERALL REVIEW/INFORMATION**
Rate 7/10

Where to buy? Walmart, Target, www.eyeslipsface.com (ELF'S Website), Drugstore.com, Amazon.com

Price? $3.00

Worth it? In my own honest opinion yes and no. Why yes? Well if you can't afford a highlighter from let's say a higher drugstore brand or even a brand like MAC this would totally be a great dupe for some of those highlighters and has an amazing pigmentation. Why no? Because if you were looking for a baked blush this wouldn't be a total hit because it comes off more like a highlighter and it would also be a waste of money considering there are a lot of baked blushes out there that don't normally come out looking like a highlighter.

I hope you all enjoyed my blog nonetheless. Comment down below if you like me blogging more? I am so happy to be back and typing up whatever my brain wonders too. I hope you all have an amazing rest of your evening. Until next time, Stay Beautiful. Xoxo.

Product I Regret Buying Part 1.

Hey Warriors. I decided since I made a youtube video on products I regret buying I thought I would also share with you the products in parts and give more details about each product and where they are located and the price for if anyone wants to try them but for me.... I am not buying them again.

The product I want to talk about today that I regret buying is this Milani Color Brillance Eye Pencil in 03 Green. I personally bought this at the dollar tree only for one reason and that was because it was Milani. I have tried Milani products in the past and have loved the brand before, but this product is not good. I honestly hate pencil liners now so I stick to crayon base eyeliners and gel eyeliners, but the color was to adorable to pass up. It is a greenish blue chrome eyeliner which is super awesome. I absolutely love the color. The wear of this is hard to pull because when swatching it on your hand you get a flawless pigmentation but when it comes to your eye it hurts to build it up. I feel if this product doesn't do good on the water line I would try it on the eyelid, well I was wrong. This product smeared and it creased which it went onto my upper part of my eye. I honestly regret wasting a $1.00. The product is also very hard to keep from breaking when you sharpen it. I've noticed multiple times the tip would break. I understand it was found at the dollar tree but to be completely honest I have found amazing things at the dollar tree. Also, the color does come off the water line once you apply it the color doesn't stay longer than a few hours, I noticed it wore off and I have ELF eyeliners that stay on almost all day. I kept having to reapply this eyeliner and to me it is not worth it at all.

Here is the tip of the pencil as you can see. The color is absolutely stunning, almost like a metallic/chrome base eyeliner. The packaging also kind of shows like a ombre affect which I thought went well with the color.

Here is the swatch. Look at how gorgeous the green and blue are blending together it kind of even has gold sparkles in there. I am super sad this didn't work on me but it might work on you.

Where to buy? Dollar tree, Ebay. May be at other places like big lots and Kmart as well. Don't really know as of right now.

Price? $1.00-$2.99

Worth it? In my own honest opinion no. I can honestly say you can find a better and worthy eye pencil at the drugstore, might not be the same awesome and cool ombre affect but deff not worth wasting your money when you can add it to something better.

I hope you all enjoyed my blog nonetheless. Comment down below if you like me blogging more? I am so happy to be back and typing up whatever my brain wonders too. I hope you all have an amazing rest of your evening. Until next time, Stay Beautiful. Xoxo.

My Favorite Lip Glosses!!

Hey Warriors. I decided to share some of my favorite lip glosses with you all. I hardly ever use lip glosses unless I am leaving for an entire day since they are easier to apply than a lipstick and I don't have to worry about them melting. But I also have been enjoying the adorable packaging that some of them come in, and I have found some that aren't sticky and not as hard to apply like some. I've had these lip glosses for a few months to a half of year now and I am obsessing over them. I can't believe I haven't finished them yet because I have been reaching for these non stop. Have you ever liked a product so much that you keep reaching for it? If so, write it down below so I can check it out(:

1. MAC Lip Glass in "Viva Glam Gaga2"
I have been loving this nude lip glass from MAC. It smells like straight up cupcakes and the color is a gorgeous nude shade which I have been loving Nudes lately. The color looks so pigmented alone or you can wear it on top of a nude lipstick, or even a colored lipstick to give it that ombre affect. This was a limited edition set so I have no idea if you can still purchase this but I know you may be able to find it on Amazon.com or Ebay.com (:.

2. Mary Kay Lip Gloss in "Mango Tango"
I received this one complimentary from Influenster for testing purposes and I must say this is an amazing lip gloss. Knowing from past history with Mary Kay I didn't really like any of the products before. My Aunt on my mom's side sold Avon and Mary Kay and I would try the samples and nothing ever really stood out to me. Until I discovered this amazing lip gloss that I was fortunate enough to test out and try. I believe this is a full size and I also believe it is still currently for sale on their website. This is such a pretty summer/spring shade. It's an orange/red shade but more on the orange side. It is not sticky at all and has a sweet floral smell to it. It is highly pigmented along or you can pair it with a red or orange lipstick.

3. MAC Lip Glass in "Clear Water"
My dearest sweet friend Deathhbycupcake on Instagram hosted a giveaway back in the beginning of August and this beauty was one of the prizes I won. This is from the Alluring Aquatic collection by MAC that was featured during the summer while I was in the middle of moving, I was super sad I couldn't get my hands on anything because 1. The packaging reminded me of the oceans and of course my favorite animal which is the dolphins and 2. It was limited edition and I knew I needed something from this collection because normally when you find things that have been limited edition and look for them on like Ebay or Amazon people tend to jack up the price. So luckily I won this and also a lipstick which I was also static about. Anyways, This lip glass is a beautiful gold toned lip gloss with silver, pink and gold sparkles. It is more of a clear lip gloss but on top of a nude lipstick it looks fabulous as well because the sparkles just stand out a lot more, I tend to use it by itself to just to give my lips a pop of shine and sparkle through out the day. Like I did say before this was limited edition so I am sorry to those who couldn't get their hands on something. I also like the smell which also has a sweet smell to it. Not sticky at all and the packaging stole my heart.

4. Sally Hansen Lip Gloss in "Fuchsia Fusion"
Another Instagram friend of mine Mandycon had a giveaway and this was an extra she sent me. I was so happy to see this because I have only tried Sally Hansen's nail strips and polish before but never tried any of their makeup. This lip gloss is unique because not only is it a colored lip gloss but it also have a primer in it. This lip gloss has a beautiful design to it with a dark pink and light pink that looks more white going throughout the tube. The color is very pigmented and the lip gloss has an off distance smell that smells sweet but not very much. It is not sticky at all and it totally looks better alone since it does have a lot of color to it. I'm guessing you can find this anywhere that Makeup is sold, I might have not looked hard enough hehe.

5. Black Madonna Lip Gloss in "Huetopia"
This company reached out to me about a month or two ago asking me to review a few of their products from their site and I said sure. Little did I know I would discover such an amazing brand. You can find them via instagram their username is blackmadonnallc and their website is www.black-madonna.com The prices for their products are very much agreeable since these products are 1. Very pigmented and have such amazing and safe packaging and 2. They have tons of different shades and products to choose from. This lip gloss is probably my favorite out of all three lip glosses she sent me. This one is a clear pink shade but looks so beautiful on top of a nude lipstick and matches my lip color perfectly for that no makeup look (:. Also it has some stickiness to it but not as bad as some I've tried from different brands, and it also has that cake batter smell to it. I absolutely adore this company and hope you all check them out.

6. NYX Butter Gloss in "Apple Strudel"
So this is my last favorite lip glosses but I kept the best one for last. I know a bunch of people rave about these non stop but what is there not to rave about? These smell straight up like cupcakes, the pigmentation is so good you can wear it alone, the packaging is adorable, very affordable and there are so many colors to choose from. This one is probably my favorite out of the three I own. It is such a gorgeous coral shade and looks so pretty on my skin tone. These are my go to for when I am in a rush because they act more like a lipstick than a lip gloss in my opinion.

Well I hope you all enjoyed this round of blogging for now but I will be blogging every time I upload a new video. So I hope you all enjoyed and make sure to comment down below and let's start a conversation shall we? :D Remember stay beautiful my warriors <3

Mary Kay Gel Eyeliner Full Review!!

Hello Ladies,
So today I want to talk about an amazing product that I received back in the summer from Influenster complimentary for testing purposes. I finally used the entire jar and have some great pros and cons to share with you all. Leave any opinions down below on how you felt about the product and what were your likes and dislikes about it. (:

So first off I want to say I would never buy this for myself cause it is on the pricey side. The price for this and as well as a small eyeliner brush comes to a total of $18 which I can find cheaper at the drugstore that works as well or even better than this, but since I did get it for free I must admit this was one of the long lasting, easiest to use gel eyeliner I have ever tried. The smoothness is just ridiculous, the brush makes a perfect winged liner, and it doesn't take so much effort. The jar is a big size, this lasted me about four-five months which is crazy because most of my eyeliners whether they are gel or liquid they dry up so fast (within three months). This gel eyeliner was messy to use, especially with the small brush it came with. I don't think it lasted as long as they made it seem to, I started noticing after a few hours mine was sort of flaking off but it didn't smudge.

Inside the jar as you can see some of it started drying up. The cap also got very messy which I didn't like because most of the product ended up drying up there before the jar was even dried out. I really liked this product overall. I'll post the cons and pros down below (:

*PROS*
- Great for winged looks
- Smudge proof
- Smooth
- Creamy
- Easy to use
- Great for even sensitive eyes

*CONS*
- Expensive
- Messy
- Cap dries out fast
- Doesn't last that long
- Flakes

*OVERALL*
I really liked the product but I can find a cheaper and maybe even a better one at my local drugstore Sorry, Mary Kay. ):

Eye Look Using Flower Beauty Palette!!

I decided to pick this amazing palette up that came in a set at Walmart for the holidays. My dad sent me Christmas money early but I have to wrap it now so I will do a full review after Christmas and stuff but the look came out so amazingly awesome. I used four shade out of the entire palette. I only used a primer and I am starting to learn how to use false eyelashes. I loved how well this turned out. I'm sorry for not posting blogs I got my computer back finally, I had to get it cleaned out so now I can post more. (: I love you all.
